•Do you have safety tagged appliances and a food safety certificate?
Yes. We are registered traders with the Glen Eira City Council and comply with all their regulations for Class III food/drink vendors. And all our equipment complies with the test and tag regulations.
•Is Franklin self powered?
Both our Franklin's are wired to run off two 10 Amp (regular) power points but we do ask that there two separate circuit . We have 25m of power leads which we can run from a power source. If there is no access to power, we can also operate from a generator.
•How far will you travel for an event?
We are based in the City of Glen Eira, and are happy to travel to any location within 1 hour of home free of charge. The cost of any longer trips will be included in your quote.
•Do you supply alcohol for events?
No were a BYO bar service and ask you to purchase the Alcohol for the event which will give you the choice of purchasing what you want to drink and not lock you into a over price drinks package.

Basic Pricing for hot drinks service.
- Selling coffee for event under 500 people over a 3 hour service we ask for a commitment of $300, this is about the cost of 70 coffee's, and if you fall short we charge the residual amount.
- Unlimited hot drinks service $2.5 per head with a minim of 50 people for 2 hour service and a van hire fee of $250

Function Pricing
The general pricing structure is as follows:
- $650 hire of caravan, all glassware Champagne, Red, White and short with no extra cost for breakages, ice and other stock. Also we love Frank to look the part so we also arrange flower to help frank pop with your floral choice.
- $55 per hour per RSA qualified / Barista staff member for duration of service – min two staff members per booking
- Optional extra $2.50 per guest for unlimited hot drinks service – we offer Padre coffee, Tea drop loose leaf teas, Chai, Hot chocolate and iced latte/chocolate if the weather is warm. With the choice of soy, almond or lactose fee if there are dietary requirements
- Cocktail service/ mixed drinks $3.00 per head for the first choice and $5.00 for a choice of 2
Extra charges
- $50 generator hire – where on-site power is not available.
- Travel fee for events greater than 1 hour from the City of Glen Eira (quoted).
