Coffee Pricing
Were available for your next school fete, function, market, corporate event or garden party in fact we can and will go any were you need us.
Basic Pricing for hot drinks service.
Selling coffee for your event under 500 people over a 3 hour service we charge $450if there is a short fall we charge the residual amount
Hot drinks service with a minimum of 50 people for 2 hour service and a van hire fee of $350

Function Pricing
The general pricing structure is as follows:
$650 hire fee (4hrs of service) all glassware is included with no extra cost for breakages, ice and other stock.. Frank or Little Miss are not camera shy and we also arrange flowers and lighting to look dapper for your event.
$55 per hour per RSA qualified / Bar staff member for duration of service – min two staff members per booking. Depending on your function size extra staff will be required for the evening.
Optional extra $2.50 per guest for unlimited hot drinks service – we offer Padre coffee, Tea drop loose leaf teas, Grounded Pleasures Chai, Hot chocolate. We also have iced latte/chocolate if the weather is warm. With the choice of almond, lactose free, oat and soy if there are dietary requirements
Cocktail service/ mixed drinks $2.50 per head for the first choice and $4.00 for a choice of 2
Extra charges
$80 generator hire – where on-site power is not available.
Travel fee for events greater than 1hr in distance
Frequently asked questions
•Do you have safety tagged appliances and a food safety certificate?
Yes. We are registered food traders with the Yarra Ranges Council and comply with all their regulations for Class 4 food/drink vendors. And all our equipment complies with the test and tag regulations.
•Do you have working with children's check?
Yes and this can be sent to you along with our Food Trader and Public liability information if this is required.
•Is Franklin self powered?
Both our Franklin's are wired to run off two 10 Amp (regular) power points but we do ask that there two separate circuits. We have 25m of power leads which we can run from a power source. If you have 3phase available we also have an adapter available for this option. However if there is no access to power this is not a problem. We can also operate from a generator.
•How far will you travel for an event?
We are based in the Dandenong Ranges, and are happy to travel to any location within 1 hour of home free of charge. The cost of any longer trips will be included in your quote.
•Do you supply alcohol for events?
No were a BYO bar service and ask you to purchase the alcohol for the event. This will give you the choice of purchasing what you want to drink and not lock you into a over price drinks package. We can also put you in contact with a boutique supplier if you locally sourced craft beers and wines.
